In addition, there is decentralized decision making, with empowered leaders aligned to the strategic plan who are accountable for the results.
Many times, a company will build a process/tool with so much granularity and details, that the usability and velocity decline. What you gain in complexity, you lose in practicality. Or, it could be said…what you can’t recall, you can’t consciously apply.
