Service Offering
Mission: To improve organizational performance and competitive advantage through eXecutive leadership development grounded on eXperiential learning.
In order to maximize participants’ engagement in our cutting-edge leadership program, we use a variety of pedagogical approaches (i.e., “cross fit delivery methods”) designed to effectively transfer the learning concepts.
- Gain clarity on individual leadership impacts, strengths and development opportunities
- Configure and customize to your company’s specific learning objectives or competency model
- Based on extensive leadership development experience and doctoral research
The utilization of robust instructional design elements, as well as classroom alignment with current business challenges, ensures a highly customized learning environment for participants. The result is an immediate and significant application of learning, which then impacts business results.
BUSINESS SIMULATION
with INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT
The program centerpiece is a digital, next-gen, experiential business simulation, which develops leaders in a risk-free environment. Teams create and execute a multi-year strategy and execute tasks in a stretch context, learning to take a holistic view across all disciplines of the company. Our unique simulation judgment assessment provides each participant an individual assessment to identify strengths and development opportunities.
3X DISCUSSION:
Xplore, Xamine, Xchange
To enhance the simulation experience, we’ve created interactive learning modules facilitated by expert faculty. 3X is Xplore, Xamine and Xchange – not lecture or death by powerpoint – instead discussion, case studies, videos and activities.
REFLECTION
Most business leaders’ fast-paced corporate agendas do not offer sufficient opportunity for them to reflect on their behavior and action. This structured time serves as a break from the daily grind to reflect on leadership performance and increase self-awareness.
COACHING
An external coach – or internal mentor / manager - engages and facilitates a real conversation about a participant’s simulation experience, individual assessment and Leadership Action Plan. This encourages a higher level of retention, accountability for application, and behavior change.
LEADERS AS TEACHERS
Company executives have a two-way dialogue with the class – aligning to the simulation experience and learning objectives. Also, this is an authentic sharing of career experience and leadership effectiveness. Participants better understand the context within which leaders typically operate.
Using gaming technology, this high-fidelity role-play mimics real world business dynamics. Through our library of content, you can configure your program to your company’s specific learning objectives or competency model.

To enhance the experience, we’ve created multiple interactive learning modules facilitated by expert faculty. 3X is Xplore, Xamine and Xchange – not lecture or death by powerpoint – instead discussion, case studies, videos and activities. Cohort participants will go through a process of challenging themselves, questioning assumptions, exploring perspectives, and building confidence in their leadership.
Leaders as Teachers
A highlight for most programs, we encourage company executives to have an informal two-way dialogue with the class. This is not a presentation or stump speech, but an authentic sharing of career experience, conduct, and effectiveness to help participants better understand the context within which leaders typically operate.
Reflection
Most business leaders’ fast-paced corporate agendas do not offer sufficient opportunity for them to reflect on their behavior and actions. One of our program’s advantages is structured time that serves as a break from the daily grind to reflect on leadership performance and increase self-awareness.
Leadership Action Plans
The next step is transferring this to a Leadership Action Plan (LAP) for behavior change accountability. These actions are unique to individual leadership needs, yet focus on personal development. After the program, the participant has their individual assessment and LAP to review with their mentor at regular intervals.
Coaching
A mentor engages, facilitates, and reflects in a holistic and real conversation about a participant’s simulation experience, individual assessment and Leadership Action Plan. This allows a higher level of retention, accountability for application, and internalization of their leadership learning.
