Do your employees know your organization’s values? Are they personally aligned? If “yes” to these two, then you should feel confident that your employees will behave in all situations in a manner congruent with the organizational leadership. If “no,” then there is a good possibility of ethical misconduct.

JPMorgan Chase and other Wall Street companies are now experimenting with predictive software using algorithms to identify rogue employees through email monitoring. Similar to the 2002 movie Minority Report, this “catching the bad apple” is done before the employee goes astray (Source:  Bloomberg).

Do your corporate values cascade to the employee?
