Change Management

“Times and conditions change so rapidly that we must keep our aim constantly focused on the future.”
Walt Disney, Dream Builder

Globalization, technological innovation, and changing regulations are some of the factors creating unprecedented disruption and market turbulence. With this, there are profound changes in a company’s strategy, business model, organization, culture, people, and processes.

“When you don’t know where you are going, any road will suffice!”
The Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland

Employees are executing these changes. To improve processes creatively and successfully, they need to build agility into the culture. This includes a learning mind-set, where employees seek out new knowledge, experiment with it, share it, and use it to improve the company’s performance. This culture and curiosity mindset encourages the free exchange of ideas…knowing that many new ideas will fail and that it is an acceptable and inevitable part of progress. There are “more doors for failure than cracks for opportunities.” However, many organizations struggle to accept this failure rate, as well as the challenge of conventional thinking.

Transformation: “Progress” is always preceded by “change.”

Do you have the agility culture and learning mindset to effectively implement transformation?
