Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you configure the program?

Yes. While the standard program curriculum can be delivered successfully “out-of-the-box,” we also offer configurations in emphasis and training content that align the program to your organization’s specific business requirements.

Can you customize the program?

Yes. A leadership consultant will interview company executives using an established rubric in order to identify their priorities, issues/opportunities, and initiatives. After doing a needs analysis, the key themes will then drive the facilitated discussion questions.

Can we use my company’s leadership competency model?

Yes. We usually configure our program to a company’s competency model or specific learning objectives.  The standard program builds on six capabilities—Engagement in Personal Transformation, Knowledge, Networking Skills, Social Judgment Skills, Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation—established after analyzing sixty+ global leadership models.

Can our executives present as “leaders as teachers?”

Yes. We enthusiastically promote that!

Is there a supporting coaching program to increase the program learning retention and application?

Yes. While we strongly believe in the value of the standard program, we also recognize that retention is part of a process instead of an event. Our professional coaches emphasize application of the program’s key learning objectives.

How do I plan program logistics?

After contract signature, LeadershipX provides a “Client Success Plan” to prepare your specific program, agenda, pre-work, and corresponding logistics.

Does LeadershipX offer scholarships / conduct pro bono work?

Yes. We are committed to serving leaders from public service, education, state and local government, and private non-profit organizations. One of our founders also founded a non-profit serving military children in 2001.

What are the technical requirements?

The game is portable – we bring the router, server, access points, and all participant tablets.  This means that you do not have to involve your IT department— this program is turn key!
